Something new...
I have recently discovered a popular blog-thing. It's called the Friday Five, and I'm going to start doing it every, well, Friday. I hope it catches on!
1) Of the various cultures, ethnicities or nationalities you belong to, which most strongly do you consider yourself? -I consider myself Irish. I'm around 40% Irish, and damn proud of it.
2) Is there a culture you cannot claim heritage from but which you feel quite close to? -I would say Scottish, but I don't know if that could be a valid answer since I have a slight bit in me. But it would totally be Scottish all the way.
3) What's one language you wish you knew fluently? Definately Gaelic. (Even though experts say it is dying out and almost no one knows it anymore.)
4) If you could move anywhere in the world and be guaranteed a job, etc., where would you go? -SCOTLAND. No question. Next!
5) If you had a time machine, and could witness any one event without altering or disturbing it, what would you want to see? Man oh man. I would really have to think about this one for quite some time before answering. But right off the top of my head, I would have to just the assassination of JFK. And my only reason for choosing that would be to see if there really was a second gunman on the grassy knoll.
